100 young people strengthened in leadership in Guayas
On Wednesday, May 1, the induction ceremony was held for the Lideres LGMV leadership competencies vacation program, an agreement between the Prefectura del Guayas, Fundación Líderes con Responsabilidad Social, the cooperation between the parties benefited 100 young people with leadership tools in 7 theoretical and practical workshops, as well as an integration day (olympics), a projects day focused on developing and strengthening hard leadership skills, management skills and technology competencies, aimed at young people from public schools between the ages of 15 and 17 who stand out for their leadership and academic performance, thereby contributing to building a society with equal opportunities.
Gratitude and commitment
Thanks be to God for the commitment of each of the organizations that join efforts to envision a better future for the country and to keep working to empower more effective leadership. May we never tire of guiding our young people from God's perspective.
A new perspective
This is what David wanted when he prayed:
(Lord), ... lead me to the rock that is higher than I (Psalm 61:2)
What was he asking for? He was begging God to give him a new perspective, to take him to a higher place, from where he could see things from God's perspective.
Reaching out to young people in this time, strengthening them in God's way, with dreams, inspiration and hope, means that we are doing things right, sowing in fertile soil.
