The Fundación Líderes con Responsabilidad Social del Ecuador (Fundación LIRES) is responsible for the data collected on this website. We process it in accordance with Ecuador's Organic Law on Personal Data Protection.

What data we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone number and your message. We only use them to reply to you.
• Donations: name, email and amount, to confirm your donation and send you the receipt. Payment is processed by Payphone; we never see or store your card details. Your name only appears on the donor wall if you authorize it.
• Trainings: on the form for each training, your name, email, phone number, city, institution or occupation and, if you provide it, your national ID number (cédula), along with your evaluation. We use them to issue and send you your certificate, keep the participant register, improve the trainings and invite you to upcoming ones. Only your name appears on the public certificate.
• Visits: we record which pages are visited, which page you came from, the browser and the IP address, to count visits and prevent abuse.

Cookies and measurement tools

If you accept them in the cookie notice, we use:

• Google Analytics, to know how many people visit the site and which pages interest them.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure whether our posts and campaigns bring visits and donations.

If you decline them, no measurement or advertising cookies are stored and Google only receives anonymous visits. To change your decision, clear this site's data in your browser and visit again.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is shared only with the services we need in order to operate: Payphone (payments), our email provider, Google and Meta (measurement, if you accepted) and the server where the site is hosted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. We will reply within a maximum of 15 days.
