Medical brigade in Nobol benefits 187 people in Petrillo
Day of service in Petrillo
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, the brigade of Fundación LIRES arrived in the La Primavera sector, in the Petrillo comuna of the canton of Nobol, benefiting 187 people from the community.
At the invitation of Mgtr. María Belén Candado, mayor of the canton, we joined efforts in a day of solidarity. Witnessing the joy of children, older adults and people with disabilities drives our work.
We thank the community of Nobol for welcoming us with open arms and an affection that inspires us to keep serving.
Services provided
We provided the following services:
- General Medicine
- Free distribution of medicines and canned milk
- Dentistry
- Physical Therapy
- Manicure and Pedicure
- Haircuts
- Mole removal
- Recreational games for children
- Vitamin supplementation
All of this is possible by the grace of God and the hearts of our volunteers, who put their gifts and resources at the service of others. We keep working for the community!
