Medical brigade in Nobol benefits the El Nato area
Nobol stole our hearts! Last Saturday, August 29, the brigade of Fundación LIRES arrived in the heart of Guayas to turn health into hope.
Thanks to the kind invitation of Mgtr. María Belén Candado, mayor of the Nobol canton, and her work team, we joined efforts in the area of El Nato.
In this day of solidarity, we also had the valuable support of Dr. José Andrade, who joined our incredible team of doctors.
Seeing the smiles of the children, the elderly and people with disabilities is the engine that drives us to keep going. Thank you, Nobol, for welcoming us with so much affection!
Services provided
During this day we provided the following services:
- General Medicine and Dentistry
- Free distribution of medicines and vitamin supplementation
- Physical Therapy
- Dentistry
- Mole removal
- Haircuts, manicures and pedicures
- Recreational games for the children
All of this is possible by the grace of God and the big heart of our volunteers, who put their gifts and resources at the service of others. We keep working for the community!
