Medical brigade carried out
On Saturday, June 29, 2024, Fundación Líderes con Responsabilidad Social del Ecuador visited the Provincia de los Ríos, where we carried out a medical brigade in the Parroquia San Juan de Puebloviejo at the facilities of the Christian church, Evangelio de fe, thanks to the coordination of Pastor Alfonso Terranova and Pastor Alejandro Vaca we arrived with medical care in:
- general medicine
- dentistry
- removal of warts and moles
all of this thanks to the volunteer staff of doctors and support technicians, Carlos Coello; Patricia Maldonado, Rina Castagnelo, Jorge Carpio, Jackeline Cevallos, William Espinoza, Fabián Correa, who joined us at this event. Thanks also to the whole team of volunteers who did not travel but are always present, such as Ab Robert Armijos who donated 2 blister packs of anesthesia tubes to us, thanks to Mayrita Huaraca for the medicine from Europharma; thanks to Dra. Patricia Figueroa for the various medications, thanks to grupo Difare for the donation of:
- Cetralon
- Paralgen
- Pantozol
- applesauce
- disinfectant wipes
Beneficiaries and activities
always giving thanks to God, private companies, friends and family who lend us a hand to carry out this medical assistance and free distribution of medicine every week, thus benefiting vulnerable groups of children and adolescents, older adults, and people with disabilities, who also receive time to do painting and crossword activities with biblical messages, where they develop many different abilities such as:
- patience and concentration
- perseverance
- expression
- fun
- improved motor skills
and most importantly, a message of peace.
