Medical brigade in Santa Lucía benefits El Pescado
We are bringing hope to the community of El Pescado! On Saturday, August 8, 2026, the team of Fundación LIRES joined forces to transform realities.
Thanks to the bridge built by Melba Contreras, the efforts of Lucero Bajaña and the support of Edson Alvarado along with his team, we were able to care for and protect those who need it most: our children, older adults and people with disabilities.
Services provided
What we achieved together:
- General medicine and distribution of free medicines/vitamins
- Physical therapy
- Vitamin supplementation
- Manicure and pedicure
- Distribution of clothing and shoes for children
- Distribution of glassware
- Recreational games and donation of storybooks for the children
