Fundación LIRES serves 100 people in Valle de la Virgen
Brigade in Valle de la Virgen
The Fundación Líderes con Responsabilidad Social del Ecuador is at the service of God and for the benefit of communities, always cultivating human virtues with our work team, always serving from the heart in every place we go. This Tuesday, January 28, 2025, we visited the parish of Valle de la Virgen in the canton of Pedro Carbo where we served 100 people including adults, older adults, children and people with disabilities. The following care was provided:
Services provided
- general medicine
- glucose tests
- blood pressure checks
- multivitamins were given to children and adults
- care in dentistry
- manicure
- pedicure
completely free of charge, in addition to a free vision screening service, except for the frame and the lens measurement, which have an extremely low cost. While waiting, patients entertain themselves with crossword puzzles and paintings, and the participants are always rewarded.
Acknowledgments
We carried out this brigade together with our friend Natalio Moran who supported us in this activity to benefit several residents of this area. Thank you, Pedrito Piguave, thank you for the coordination, Mr. Johnny Pluas and family, along with Beatriz Luzardo who helped us by providing meals for the foundation's team. We also want to thank our dear Assemblywoman Lorenita Rosado for the donation of 18 vests for the Fundación LIRES team. Thank you to all the Fundación LIRES volunteers who every week leave a seed planted to benefit others and fill hearts with indescribable joy.
"Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many"
