Medical brigade in Daule: care in the Banife sector
On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the Fundación LIRES brigade arrived in the rice capital of Ecuador to turn health into hope.
Thanks to the invitation of our friend Camilo Zarate, Jorge Montiel, and the warm welcome from Miguel Anchundia and his team, we joined efforts to carry out this day of solidarity in the Banife sector, in the county seat.
Seeing the smiles of the children, the grandparents, and people with disabilities is the engine that drives us to keep going. Thank you for the welcome!
Services provided
We provided the following services:
- Free distribution of medications
- General medicine
- Physical therapy
- Manicure and pedicure
- Dentistry
- Vitamin supplementation
- Mole removal
- Recreational games for the children
All of this is possible by the grace of God and the hearts of our volunteers, who put their gifts and resources at the service of others. We keep working for the community!
