Medical brigade in Milagro: free care and medicine
¡Milagro was filled with health and hope! We brought hope to Garabato this Saturday, June 13, 2026, where the team of Fundación LIRES joined forces to transform realities.
Thanks to the bridge built by Mrs. Gina Betancourt, the efforts of Geovany Arias and the support of Ricardo "chino" Arias together with his team, we were able to care for and protect those who need it most: our children, older adults and people with disabilities.

- Dentistry
- Physical therapy
- Vitamin supplementation
- Manicure and pedicure
- Mole removal
- Recreational games for the children
